THE WOMAN DIED (12) by Simpa Omoluabi

Soyinka how come that you and Ige
In murdering that dame thought you'd prevail with
Murder? Was it her lack in kin and kith?
Pray tell, who pulled the trigger on that day
As such the bullet blasted out that saint
Of women who in courage did not faint
measuring up to the fatality
Of Soyinka and co.'s brutality.
Looking at her foes, in saintly essence
Understanding their utmost impotence,
And in a matchless bravery defied the
Bullet and the gun of deadly degree
In Soyinka and Ige murdering her
Bravest of saints killed by way of murder.
