THE WOMAN DIED (3) by Simpa Omoluabi

Soyinka they ask about Ige's death
I ask about that you and Ige killed
Murder by which you had a dame's blood spilled
Pistolero style, snuffing her breath
And shall you tell why you made her silent
Our Soyinka must have reasons cogent
Man of courage indeed, woman killer
Or should it be a suspect of murder.
Long live spirits that disturbs the conscience:
Using a gun with or without license
At all cost to mute what she's got to tell
By the strong hand of a Pyrate she fell.
I the founder of Morningstarwitness
Asks, Soyinka will you ever confess.
