THE WOMAN DIED (15) by Simpa Omoluabi

Soyinka together with he, Ige
In taking the life of that dame did it
Make you and Ige feel so very great
Powerful, as in death she forever lay.
Adorably in death she's conquerous
O'er her murderers who grew so famous:
Mind you she who was so fearless and brave
On the day she was threatened, with a grave
Loaded gun, by Ige and Soyinka
Unflinching before their power to murder
And with a courage that put them to shame,
Before with the gun they quenched her life's flame,
Incarnate God that I am having called
Her a saint, tells you she's as well a god.
